7-Day Easy Returns

Raise a return or exchange request within 7 days of delivery

What Can Be Returned?

Items in original, unworn condition with tags attached
Products received damaged or defective
Wrong size or incorrect item delivered
Return request raised within 7 days of delivery

What Cannot Be Returned?

Items washed, worn, or altered
Products without original tags/packaging
Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
Return request raised after 7 days of delivery

Exchange Process

Email us at care@bunnim.com with your order ID & photos
Our team reviews and approves within 24–48 hours
Ship the item back using the provided address
Replacement dispatched within 3–5 business days

Refund Timeline

Refunds processed within 5–7 business days after item receipt
Original payment method will be credited
You'll receive an email confirmation once processed
UPI/wallet refunds may take 1–2 additional days
