Exchanges & Returns

Free Size Exchange (15 days)

  • Exchange within 15 days of delivery for free
  • No questions asked — just let us know the new size
  • We'll arrange pickup and send the correct size
  • Works for color and fit issues too

Fabric Quality Guarantee

If our fabric disappoints after normal washing (fading, shrinking, pilling, irritation), we replace it. This guarantee covers the lifetime of the garment under normal use.

How to Initiate a Return/Exchange

  1. Contact us at care@bunnim.com with your order number
  2. Tell us what's wrong — size, fit, fabric, or anything else
  3. We'll arrange a pickup from your address (free of cost)
  4. Once received, we'll process your exchange or refund
  5. New item or refund within 5-7 business days

What's Eligible for Return/Exchange

  • Unworn or minimally worn items
  • Items within 15 days of delivery
  • Items with manufacturing defects
  • Items that don't fit due to our sizing error
  • Items damaged during shipping

What's Not Eligible

  • Items worn excessively or damaged by misuse
  • Items returned after 15 days
  • Items without original tags
  • Items damaged due to improper care

Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and processed, refunds are typically credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. In rare cases, it may take up to 10 days for your bank to reflect the credit.

Damaged in Transit

If your item arrives damaged, report it within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We'll replace it immediately or process a full refund.

Care Instructions Matter

To ensure your Bunnim garments last, follow our care instructions. Machine wash in cold water, tumble dry on low, and avoid bleach. Improper care may void the fabric guarantee.
